Has anyone faced such a phenomenon when, with the same current hashrate, the number of shares are different? Especially decreased on 200 - 250 shares.

Difficulty has gone up from 4.000G to 4.295G. 
Google eth difficulty chart and eth network hash charts.
Be sure to zoom out Wink
