I newbie on crypto, i looking for new legit ico for investment, I have bad day, yesterday i have search good new ico for investment, i found mindsync.ai, i interest with they project and buy they ico for 307 USDT, but i got scam by them, i have no receiv my ICO, i try contact them from online chat, no respond, they not read my message,

can ask how to get my 307 USDT back?

Have you checked you've enter the right address on their address? And did you use exchange address to transfer the funds? Because you'll not able to get the token if you use exchange account, be sure to use a wallet address.

Important Note: You will not be able to get MAI tokens to Coinbase or exchange account.

No you won't get your money back, ICOs have been obsolete a long time ago and there are only a few rare working ones to this day. This is an expensive lesson in my opinion and I hope that you would consult in this forum before doing anything like this again.

Can you confirm which address do you use? From exchanges or wallet? (If you confuse between exchanges or wallet, you can mention the site/service)

Also are you already receive the token or not until now?
