You have a good list there and actually I am hodling  those coin you mentioned intended for long term since I believe the potential of those coin, but there's one in your list is out and maybe I will think about buying sand since I don't have that in my portfolio so far.

Also don't forget to always add up BNB,ADA,XRP and Aave since this is a good option to be added in our bags.

BNB is the one I recommend the most.
BNB is still just starting out its own blockchain technology. Since BNB belongs to the number one exchange company, anything will be done to make the blockchain number one as well. I'm sure that many improvements will be made to attract new projects to build a BSC-based smartcontract.

I didn't against this but what if this company someday will get hacked and lose all of their funds?  I think BNB becomes more popular just because Binance that now the number one leading crypto exchange company and while the Ethereum fees were blatantly increased and since there are too many traders, BNB is their option to use when trading with all pairs IMO.

All of mentioned by the OP are worth investing in the long term? 
It might be good if in your portfolio spend big percentage on Bitcoin because as you can see, all altcoins were followed the Bitcoin price movement, when Bitcoin is on a bullish trend, it goes the same on altcoin, unless, if there's a hype will surely separately go in other direction.

I am hodling two of the token that is mentioned and I'm planning to long term hodl it until it reaches my target selling price. I am planning to add some tokens to my portfolio so I think I need to consider these recommendations. I also consider BNB as a long-term coin knowing that they are constantly improving and their smart chain seems to have long-term potential.

Not aware of sand and sol.

But the others that you have mentioned were been around and I knew them. At least that I can also agree to your choice that they're good coins IMO too.

And if I have to add, I'll put cheap good coins like XLM.
