where can i most easily sell an unredeemed casascius coin? It is 2013 series.

I am sure you could find a new owner here in the collectibles section. One way to sell this coin is to start an auction here. Just have a look at some other threads here for reference.
The best way for you as a "newbie" here is to trade or sell this coin via middlemen (MJ for example)
as seek3r has already written, an auction would be an idea, where a photo/proof with your username/date is taken with the coin and posted here to clear all doubts out of the way
