Basically theyre two R9 Nano cards smashed into one PCB with a closed loop water cooling.

What is the best thing to mine with these at the moment? Eth is out of the question due to DAG size.

Any other altcoins with less DAG will work fine, Ravencoin, conflux, ETC and few others, you just have to do good research on projects you can mine using google or mining calculators but conflux is near profitable as ethereum presently, it's a good place to start

R9 Nano GPUS are good for gaming only, using these cards to mine is a waste of electricity, even with raven coin it still doesn't make sense, you can get max hash of 16MH on the card mining ravencoin which can give 2$ but the electricity cost is even more than 2$ itself, that's because Nano use 190 watts  when mining, here is a calculator

this very rare gpu 2 fury nano in one board with liquid cooling but limited to 4gb cards which is obsolete for eth mining

back in time this gpu more efficent on many algo compared to polaris or vega, but limited gpu and only small ppl who owned makes miner dev not support/optimized for newer algo

Download the app from nicehash and find the most profitable algorithm for your graphics card.
Raven coin will be a good choice for mining, but you won't get big profits with an old video card.
Even if your video card is now worth $ 300, then a payback of less than 100 days is an excellent result.
