Simple answer is to stop following new projects, or to atleast be cautious when it comes to new projects. New projects are not perspective in this moment maybe, so it's best to invest in BTC or top alts at the moment. But in the future there will be time for new projects, I'm sure in that.

Just to be safe it is better to invest in top coins these days in the market. Actually we have many options on what project to invest our part is to do your own research this is really helpful on our investment. Some new project are rugpull, they just collect funds or scam money from investors. Never invest without doing a proper research without it your money will lose.

Though we can't deny that there are also promising new projects.
But it is really hard to trust new ones these days.
So if you want to secure your funds, better invest into btc or other top alts.
You can also check these new projects if they are just here for the money, the way they introduced their platform.
You can assess their capability by checking the project itself, their development plans, the team and their actual accomplishments.
Also, if you can see a generic roadmap, that means, they are not putting much effort into their project.

A real project will never stop running just because they are tons of shits projects now, just because tron (trx) or bnb is faster than Ethereum doesn't mean Ethereum project will fold or something, my main point is that shits projects are out everyday with no real use case, scammers are becoming much wiser everyday by building a project that seems similar to another successful project, we just have be careful when investing in new crypto projects,90% are created by scammers.

Scammer will stay in the market for as long as the community, investors and traders exist. Consider how many scam sellers are out there in the fiat market, you cannot eliminate them, either educate the community or they learn of their own after being cheated multiple times. I acknowledge what you said about new tokens that just because a token is faster doesn't mean the other ones will die because transaction cost is a very minor issue and while having low fees helps, certainly lots of other features are missing with TRC-20 otherwise it would have dominated over ERC-20 by now.

The future of crytocurrency is bright and I am very sure that in the near years it will be more developed that it is presenting now.It is getting more accepted by people globally unlike before,some industries have even started to acknowledge it like never before so definitely the best is yet to come for crytocurrency.

Nothing is going to replce bitcoins, I can almost guarantee that.

What USD is to other fiats is what bitcoin is for other altcoins, a set standard and to compare themselves against.

It seems unreasonable to me to make any predictions for the distant future.

It depends how far we are predicting because new projects and coins will over take the past ones and solve the problems of the previous versions. Like Ethereum solved a problem that Bitcoin had and then it looks like Polkadot is solving the problem that Ethereum has and the cycle goes on until we either get a robust blockchain or we just don't have a solution and stop. Looking in near future, I can confidently say that DOT and ETH 2.0 will dominate the market, but its just my speculation.

One thing is clear cryptocurrency will develop. One sector will be replaced by another, an evolutionary process is inevitable. Projects disappear quickly, but large projects remain. Among the long-livers of the crypto market will be only those products that will bring real benefits. They will be in demand. And the garbage and scam will be eliminated by itself. I think that 2021 will be very decisive, now we need to work with what we have today! (DEFI, BSC, HECO!)

Yeah, absolutely like I said there will be changes based on what problems were faced by the previous models and improvement is the name of the progress and new tokens/blockchains and projects will flourish while the old ones will be either dead or just irrelevant once the new ones take over completely.

Seeing the development of new projects that have sprung up recently has people experiencing a motion of no confidence in crypto. because many projects do not have good long-term prospects. they just want to get profit alone regardless of the losses of others and do not develop it. have you ever thought that

This happens everywhere in every walk of life and due to high potential of crypto market and the unregulated and free market scammers do get chance to move in and make easy bucks resulting in loss to the investors who thought to support the new project and was legit in their eyes.
