well the only places I can imagine that are free can be:

1 - twitter

2 - facebook

3 - youtube

in short: post your airdrop on your twitter and facebook and youtube account

there are many youtube channels that talk about cryptocurrencies, maybe you can partner with them to spread your airdrop
