Let me introduce you to our new service – Kvotum.
Kvotum is a secondary investment platform for short and mid-term business loans from established crowd-investment and business loan platforms. Effectively, you can buy existing loans for active businesses(at times with a discount) or development projects and profit from them.
As part of our business strategy, we designed a process to allow purchasing these loans with cryptocurrencies, hence we are addressing specifically you guys
Kvotum, at this moment, accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin. Effectively this means that Kvotum, as a service, provides a gateway to acquire regulated “classical” loans or equity (to be introduced later on) using your cryptocurrency. Oh, and we accept the usual credit card payments too if you’re into that.
How does that work?You need to register on our marketplace at
https://kvotum.com . During the registration process please choose what kind of investor you are: a physical person or business and all the related data with that. Note, that Kvotum does not store your crypto account address with your profile and we do not disclose the address to our partner platforms or anyone else.
After this, you will get access to the available loan list and can choose to acquire the ones that seem fit for you. We try to supply as much information as possible, so you could be able to make a good investment decision.
During the checkout, you will be prompted to fill out a KYC form. Please keep in mind, that
KYC is required so you could receive the loan pay-outs to your bank account. After this, you will be able to review the agreement between you and Kvotum, confirm it and proceed to our payment system.
Once the transaction is confirmed by the network and Kvotum finalizes all the legal requirements – you will receive a login link to our partner platform where you can manage your loans/equity in fiat currency. This might take up to 5-7 business days but usually is much faster. Kvotum is not involved in the loan servicing process as soon as the transaction is finalized and you become a client with one of our partner platforms as if you used fiat to invest. Accordingly, they will provide you with all the statements, where your accrued interest from loan claims will be seen.
Why do you need it?We are aware that there is plenty of ways to convert your crypto to USD or EUR, or any other fiat currency. However, for professional crypto investors, portfolio diversification might be very convenient without the hassle of converting assets in the middle. Also, since you invest into business loans – the final payout will not involve any services related to your crypto account or cryptocurrencies in any way, which might be sometimes a very useful thing.
What do we have now?Today we have a new project for the manufacturing of the device prototype for IOT platform. That project has successfully passed the first round of crowdfunding for the development of Health and Physical activity IOT platform aimed at capturing the state-financed market of development and implementation of policies aimed at increasing physical activity in children in the Baltics and Scandinavia. The deal is really great, offers 18% annual interest and an ability to exit with a secondary sale (in case you need fiat quick). Just want to remind you that secondary sales (market) will be available for this project only in December.
