You can do this by yourself when you look at the left bottom corner at the thread end , click move and the thread will be moved where you insert the Board for.

kaos1478, i believe you are talking about FPGA BCU-1525, I find a site which provided tutorial about how to set it up and that's doesn't help you can watch this Youtube video.
If all that is not enough the perfect place to ask this question mining section as said by Lafu.
