Every time i buy some bitcoin and transfer it to my gambling account (for betting) i have to spend extra money on fees i get that but there seems to be a problem here. I transfered 100 euro's worth of btc this morning and everything went well the fee was a small amount: https://gyazo.com/baf14a82cb9f47587ae817503009bc8f

I tried this with another 100 euro's just now and the amount i transfered was significantly lower, it's not transfering the whole amount even though the fee is about the same: https://gyazo.com/c55c080ef904c24d8973c11a31b897f7 (you can see the output at the bottom is only 0.0013)

Actually, there are two outputs, the outgoing one and another that appears to be a change from the transaction.

Do you transfer in fiat denomination or in bitcoin? Due to volatility in the price of Bitcoin, 100€ worth of Bitcoin 24 hours ago, is probably not the same as now; so if you choose the amount of Bitcoin in Euros, you are likely to get different amounts each time.
You probably purchased 100€ worth of Bitcoin at a certain price - single input,
The price increased slightly and when sending out 100€ later on, it was a lower amount of Bitcoin,
The remainder involved in the input was sent back to your change address.

I found the issue. Electrum wallet with 2FA has a extra fee with every 20 transactions.

You can move this to beginners and help

Yes, that is true, but there are two ways TrustedCoin charges fee, you choose for 20 transactions, while 0.00125 BTC can be charged for 100 transactions. I think if the fee is okay by you, increasing it to 100 transactions will be better than 20 transactions for low service cost.

You also need to add the withdrawal fee from the exchanges, if you bought it on any exchange. Or you bought using peer to peer platform and received the bitcoins directly to your electrum wallet?

Even though you are saying you bought btc worth of 100 euros, you need to mention at what price you bought it like 'x' euros = 1btc, and the value x will not be same all the time even it changes from one person to another person on p2p.

Transaction fee on the network is volatile and it is not static.

If you want to have same waiting time (30 minutes for approximately 3 blocks or 3 MB from tip of mempool), you will have to use different fees at different times. They will be cheaper or more expensive compare to the other times.

If you want to use a fixed fee for your transactions, at different time, your transactions will be confirmed quickly or very slowly. It depends on the fee you use is at the top or bottom of mempool.

Which option do you choose in your Electrum wallet when you config your fee?
- Fixed
- Static
- Dynamic
Did you try to slide the bar to adjust fee?

I found the issue. Electrum wallet with 2FA has a extra fee with every 20 transactions.
So, as Charles-Tim has said above, you can opt to prepay for 100 transactions at 0.00125 rather than prepaying for 20 at 0.0005. This works out to 1250 sats per transaction rather than 2500 sats per transaction, so if you plan on using this wallet to make 50+ transactions then it works out better overall.

Alternatively, you can disable the 2FA altogether if you want in order to not have to pay the fee. You simply create a new Electrum wallet, select "I already have a seed", enter the seed phrase you (hopefully!) wrote down when you first created the wallet, and then select to disable 2FA when prompted. This will allow you to make transactions without paying the 2FA fee. The transactions you make from this wallet, with or without 2FA disabled, will still pay a higher fee than a standard transaction since the wallet is multi-sig. This is how the 2FA works, and the wallet remains multi-sig even after 2FA has been disabled. To get fees to a minimum, first disable 2FA and then create a brand new standard segwit wallet and send all your coins from the disabled 2FA wallet to the standard segwit wallet when fees are low.
