I have been stumbling on random news online that are calling for an eth fork on april 15th is this something from the community or fake news?

I don't believe this, eip1559 is supposed to happened around early July and most pools/miners are so against it, we still aren't sure what will happen yet but definitely not this april, it's fake

There's a fork on 15th April but it's Ethereum Berlin Upgrade from the official source that I know about and not Ethereum genesys fork. So it could be fake. Be careful.

The date may not be exactly 15th April due to variability of the block time but here is the entire schedule for the upgrade
