You shouldn't put up a warning sign on this OP, almost all the settings in that picture or screenshot isn't overclock but better or near perfect settings to get the best hashrate out of GPUs, though the gtx1660 super side is not accurate, they can do more than that

RX5600 much better - it gives about 41-44MH, RX5700(XT) gives about  55-57MH. I dont see RX5500, it gives about 28MH. NVIDIA 10xx - very different. I can get more hash or less power consumption from most of these GPUs.

Their VEGA settings are are jokes !
VEGA 56/64 can do an easy 50 MH/s with amdmemtweak to change the timing on the fly

With the new lolMiner 1.26 ... I was able to reduce some watts on my 3070... from the 120 -130W...  Some are Silicon Lottery with lower than 110W also doing dual mining with ZIL...

Be careful according to can lead to the loss/destroy of your equipment, if you are not sure of what you are doing then don't do it.

This isn't accurate because GPUs have different settings for different memory types in them, you even put up a warning ⚠️ well none of those settings can damage a gpu unless the gpu fan stop working, my gtx1660super give me 32 MH per gpu and my rx580s is doing 32mh
