Binance.com Fixed Staking USDT cannot be redeemed

I put 19.000 USD to 7 days USDT fixed saving crypto at binance.com (04/04/2021)

The duration is started at 05/04/2021 03:00:00
The duration is finished at 12/04/2021 03:00:00
But my USDT is still locked. There is no any redeem button.
Transfer to flexible button is passive.
How to get my money back to spot wallet ?

It's really weird here, you should be able to redeem it even earlier and I didn't find such a button either. Have you previously tried redeeming it before the duration ran out?

First of all, I think you shouldn't show any amount of balance from your portfolio and just blur out the total or remove it and just show the cumulative profit which is zero.

There's not that much to do here @OP but to follow this suggestion. I hope it will be okay soon.

Binance support should be able to sort you out but their response speed is so slow, by the time they respond, you will probably have been able to redeem your tokens.

Just my other thought;
I don't really find the yield farming, savings and loan thing fascinating. Yes, it seems easy to lock your tokens and just wait for the interest but the $23 you made after 7 days isn't worth risking your assets worth $19K

You could make that amount or more in a flash if you bought BTC, ETH or one of the top market cap coins once its price has started trending upwards
