It is definitely no doubt how far the 21st century has created a great influence in the history of humanity, as never has centuries gone enjoyed the great beneficial advantages of technology compared to this present era. Whereby things can now be carried out easier, and work done faster than ever before. But all these couldn't have been possible if not for big dreamers of the likes of Satoshi Nakamoto. They dreamt, they worked hard, and now everybody enjoys the results of their such big dream. And same could you only if you could believe and work towards achieving that dream/goal of yours, which sometimes may take a year, 5years or even 10years more, but with consistency, you could achieve it.

So here are great dreamers of the 21st century who made positive impact in the history of humanity

Mark Zuckerberg had a dream where everybody could be in one big room with no walls communicating irrespective of region, race or continent, and that gave birth to the invention of Facebook.

Bill Gate had a dream where every home could have a computer for easy computing, and that gave birth to the invention of Microsoft (A company who produces Personal Computer and computer softwares).

Elon Musk had a dream where cars can be produced without the use of fossil fuel which causes harm to the atmosphere with it's emission of Carbon monoxide, and that gave birth to Tesla Motors (A company that produces electric cars)

Steve Jobs also had a dream to get a computer in the hands of everyday people and that gave birth to the invention of Apple (A company that produces smartphones and other sophisticated gargets).

Jeff Bezoz also had a dream where one could be able to retail his goods and services right from the comfort of his home, and that gave birth to the invention of Apple (A vast internet-based Enterprise that sells books, music, movies and housewares e.t.c)

And finally our own Boss and Master, Satoshi Nakamoto also had a dream of a digital/virtual currency with a decentralized system, having no central authority or bank, which can be used to send money to love ones, family and friends within micro seconds, and that gave birth to bitcoin, of which we all know.

And same could you, only if you could pen down your dreams and work towards achieving it.

It is completely wrong to compare the people you list with Satoshi Nakamoto - because there is one huge difference, and that is that they all got rich because of their contributions to humanity, while Satoshi did it for free, and a lot of ordinary people got the opportunity for the first time to be financially independent and change their lives for the better.

In addition, Facebook and Microsoft have become major tools for mass spying and privacy threats - while Musk produces vehicles that do not pollute the environment, but how much pollution occurs in the production of just one car? What about all those workers who work for minimum wages in Amazon in conditions similar to modern slavery?

Dreams always have their other side, and for those who turn those dreams into reality, it is very often a real nightmare.

Although in general I agree very much with what you say, and as you specify, I believe that they can be compared, because at the end of the day to compare is to find similarities and differences. The differences would be the ones you mentioned. But I think there is a similarity between them that the OP has pointed out well: that they had a dream and were able to bring it to reality.

The dream about Bitcoin is mis-concepted or maybe different, you can have someone dream about bitcoin as follows where they can invest and become exceedingly Rich, while some see the dream as Bitcoin having world control on finance, transactions and many more, Satoshi didn't want a dream where he would be famous for creating Bitcoin, I might even have so many unheard dreams for Bitcoin that we users are deviating from, I have dreams about Bitcoin but am more excited about Bitcoin, being free by choice, and all government recognizes this.

All people go ahead with a goal of their own. Those who suffer in it reach their goal. Similarly, those you have talked about have achieved their goal. If you also want to achieve a goal, then run towards it and one day you will be successful.
op-To post, you must follow the rules of the forum. What you have discussed is not for this thread. You can go to the meta section.
Follow
Code:
 Guidelines for threads

Dreams can only come true with hard work and constant striving, otherwise you will find many of them lost in a mirage.
Bitcoin is the end of many years of technological development that started in the 1990s and ended when Satoshi decided to write the white paper.
So hard work and continuous development is what made Bitcoin possible.

Imma offer a different path, what if Bitcoin is the MySpace of crypto Smiley well, not MySpace per se, but just the first one to start a revolution, but not the one to stay consistently on the top or relevant for a long period of time. Just a stepping stone to bigger and greater things. Just an idea Smiley

Then you are among those who think that at some point a coin will appear that will be somewhat superior to Bitcoin. Tell me what could be better and more transparent than how Bitcoin was conceived and implemented? Decentralized, with pre-set max supply, without the need for any permits and without the possibility of censorship - a currency that is basically superior to the current financial system and could be a great alternative if more people realize its potential.

If you think a new Satoshi will show up and do something better, I have to disappoint you - such a genius is born once in maybe 100 years, and in addition to being a genius, Satoshi was a great man who made something for all the people of the world without that he was looking for something for himself - such a person can be born once in 500 years, maybe...

Bitcoin is achievement

Actually no dream or taught that will magnify without consciousness and seriousness, you might nurse ambitions in cryptocurrency especially bitcoin while you are not effective towards to achieve it or to make it come in reality, to be realistic here the primary function's of everything or achieving a goal is ability to make personal decision or determination towards our objectives or motive in life, so comparing two parties achievement is not a process of making a dream to come to reality, Satoshi achieved the invention of bitcoin because he devoted his time, and Mark Zuckerberg achieved invention of social media we use today because of his determination...from my perspective it's base on individual differences or process to think big and make it to come in existence.
