Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa, and also seen to be the Giants of Africa.. but lately she has been living in past glory. The honour she has had has been killed and buried by this recent administration.
The APC LED Government, been led by the president Muhammad Buhari has cost more harm than good to Nigerians. Banning crypto currency is just one of the dooms the recent administration has dragged millions of Nigerians especially youths into..

       What's the way forward??

if only the future of Nigeria can be determined with words, i would have said a lot on this but apparently, it isn't but indeed, Nigeria has got one of the worst set of politicians and are greatly corrupted. They are never willing to do anything for the good of the citizens without them archiving anything out of it. Glory or praises for a concluded contract is never enough for them, they rather loot the system than getting the work done.

Past glory it is until all this set of politicians are gone without transferring some of there genes to the new breeds but, its going to be difficult with the lots of godfatherism in the system.

I haven't done much reading about the political issues facing Nigeria. Interesting that you have federal states instead of a single state (most African countries have just single state governments). Whoa, your entire government is modeled after America. Nice!

With that in mind, rallying around local authority would give some autonomy in the issue. If you can convince the majority of the state parliaments to solve certain specific issues; the entire government may move forward.

It's a lot easier to gain representation in these state assemblies rather than the national assembly or than trying to win a Presidential election.

I believe there are 36 states within Nigeria, each of these states have their own bodies.

Each of those states have local governmental areas with their own bodies.

In theory, you could probably use the state's autonomy or even local autonomy to legalize cryptocurrency by accepting taxes in it or something along those lines; but that might get shot down in the courts. But at least it's moving forward on that issue.

Rather than me reading about supposed problems off another website, what are the problems you're facing today? What specific changes and actions do you seek to be made?

Well said but may I bring to your knowledge that the mantle of lies, deceit and corruption have been passed across to the younger generation, no one sane youth in Nigeria 🇳🇬 anymore I mean to say 70% of Nigerian youths have it in mind to loot and embezzle public funds too if  opportuned to be in power. The state of Nigeria is more tribalistic than any other country you can think of. The politicians of today pay peanuts money to this youths to support them during elections and forget to deliver their mandates and manifesto when they finally assume office. This is a clarion call for help.

With the number of raw materials in Nigeria. The country is suppose to be one of the most developed  Nation in Africa.
But the governments just embezzle the fund meant for the development of the country. Their economy keep going down, with the citizens suffering. Their currency (naira) losing it value as the day goes by.

The country can do better if the government decide to use the country's money in building the economy to how it was back in the 90s. In the 90s, Nigeria was not depending on crude oil only, they had groundnut, cocoa and other natural resources.
