Looking for 5 people with a USA eBay account to post 1 item with an image of my website link on eBay.

I will give you the layout of the posting.

What I get out of this is website advertisement. You will get paid $10 a day that it's up (eBay likes to remove website links).

If and only if the item sells you can keep all the profits and I will provide you the digital item for free to send to the buyer.
