BEP 20 Address protection?

I went to see the Bounty section and saw that many people here are copying someone's BEP 20 address and updating their own account. Is it called ALT account?If this is the case then how is my BEP 20 address I will get protection from it.

It's not only on BEP20 address, but all cryptocurrency address including Bitcoin also.

Most of people were using multiple accounts with same address is alt accounts to maximize his profit. But sometime in rare case there's a people who copied someone address for trolling and make other people reputation destroyed. Most of them are brand new account and targeted old account/high account/trustworthy account, so it's easy to spot those troller. If he used old account then it's quite hard to prove which is wrong and which is right, it need more investigation.

There's no protection against this case.

The thing is that, even if you could sign a message to prove ownership over the address (such as you can do with bitcoin if you have control over the private keys), that does not prove that the other account is not related (i.e. an Alt account).

Conceptually, come the case, one would need to prove that those two accounts are either one and the same person, or two separate people. Common addresses between two accounts is often due to Alts using the same address to receive their crypto. The issue arises when those accounts participate in the same campaign simultaneously, likely breaking the campaign rules, and if not, ethics.

Way more often than not, those two connected accounts are likely Alts, but someone could get caught-up mistakenly (people may copy/paste other people’s submissions, and forget to change the address). It’s really a reputation issue on the surface, lest one of the involved accounts be a banned account, which may even lead to banning all the alleged Alts.

This "attack" becomes more unlikely as the account becomes more reputable.

Accounts with more reputation participate in campaigns which are not accessible by newly created accounts, and the payment becomes much higher.

The attacker would need a good account, and he would lose all the payments from that campaign he is participating as well.
