There are some free tools out there that allow you to download pictures/videos one at a time. There are other tools that allow you to mass download content, but you must do it using a console.

My tool will allow you to mass download content with a single click. You can search posts/chats/stories and more in any date range and then download everything you want with a single click. You'll get a nice preview of the content before downloading.
