Unconfirmed BTC transaction

Hello all.

My transaction has been unconfirmed for 6 days.
The sender sent it with extremely low fees so I have zero hope it will go through on its own.

I understand there is Viabtc.   But because the fee is so low the transaction is not recognised.

I have heard of Poolin.   Pushtx.com.   is this legit as its cheaper than pushtx.btc.com

What wallet are you using?
In the case you have full control over the receiving address, you should be able to perform CPFP method (Child Pay For Parent). It will cost you much less than the fee such accelerates charge you.
In this method, you need to spend the unconfirmed output with a high fee, so miners include both transactions in a same block.

The unconfirmed transaction is 405 vbyte.
Assuming the receiving address is a nested segwit address and not a multisig address and you make a new transaction with 1 input and 1 output, it will be 133 vbyte.
The total size of transactions (the unconfirmed one and the one you will make for implementing CPFP) is 538 vbyte.

Currently, for getting a fast confirmation (in 1-2 blocks), around 150 sat/byte is needed.
This means that the total fee needs to be 150*538 = 80,700 satoshi.

6736 satoshi has already been paid and you need to pay 73964 satoshi more.
If you make a new transaction from 38Z4oWRGugL3AvVerQvYcqj9jE4upuWhBS to another address (your own addrress) with 556 sat/vbyte, both transaction will be confirmed in a same block.

Note that the required fee rate changes over time.

My wallet is located with Coinbase.   So with CBFP be an option.  Or only option to wait or accelerate

Coinbase.com or their non-custodial wallet?

If you are using coinbase.com wallet, you don't own the private key and the only thing you can do is to use paid accelerators.
If you are using the non-custodial application, you should be able to export the seed and import it into a wallet allowing you spend unconfirmed outputs.

Then you have no direct control over the UTXOs as coinbase.com is a custodial wallet... you effectively have an "account balance", and deposits are added to your balance... This means if you attempt to send, Coinbase will just be using funds from one of it's hotwallets to fund your transaction.

That rules out the option of CPFP

No RBF or CPFP option for your transaction while it's really low priority in the mempool



So you now have two choices left.
1. The cheap method. Wait until the unconfirmed transaction is dropped from the mempool, and you resend with higher fees. It's usually takes approximately for an unconfirmed tx to get dropped. you have about 7 days more.

2. The expensive way. Pay miners to include your transaction in the next block. Both accelerators you shared are legit. pushtx.com is owned by poolin, one of the popular mining pools on Bitcoin network.

If you can't wait and don't mind paying $ 143.92 , then send it right away.

OP is the receiver and he use custodial wallet. It's only possible if OP ask sender to do "the cheap method".

It's possible to do the expensive method (using accelerators) too. It doesn't have to be done by the sender.
For submitting a transaction on such accelerators, the only information you need is the transaction hash.

I know that, but i only referring 1st option mentioned by @logfiles which can't be done by OP.

Transaction volume and fees have dropped this weekend. It has been confirmed.
