The ecological impact of cryptocurrencies is well documented. Hundreds of people will talk about it much better than we can, so we won’t dwell on the various studies that have come out in recent years. We’d rather talk about the different solutions we’re putting in place.
What we do :We’re building the first green DeFi Hub on Binance Smart Chain and Energy Web Chain. As a Crypto Climate Accord signatory company, we want to decarbonize the whole crypto ecosytem. How ? First, we’re planting a tree everytime a transaction occurs on the network. Secondly, we’re building on the Energy Web Chain, which is eco-friendly and uses renewable energy. Thirdly, we also are helping others crypto projects to decarbonize their activity by selling them Carbon Credits and helping them to turn on the Green switch.
- 1 transaction = 1 tree : As simple as that. Each transaction involving the $GRNFI token on BSC and EWC will result in the planting of a tree.
- Green Yield Farming : What better way to support the green economy than to offer special pools in partnership with eco-friendly projects ?
- Carbon Credits : Crypto projects can decarbonize their network in a really simple way : they can buy carbon credits from us !
