You can looking for an exchanger support to convert your ethereum balance to be ethereum, I see not any exchange have this support but you can buy at some one have trusted and give them ethereum then they will sent you payoneer balance, I am sorry long time I am not use payoneer and I am not publisher again so never have payoneer fund in my wallet.
