Sadly there's none. Although there are some telegram bot to check someone's merit information. There is also merit transaction history made by loyce

It appears (by looking at the GitHub repository) that the last time the database file has been updated was the last month so if you're looking for one that is updated more frequently, this one may not be for you.

I have not yet automated the updating of the database, and as such, the total received may be outdated.
