Let's take your example and you give XRP as a loan to the folks. So don't you think people would immediately sell of their xrp for cash? And if they do it what is the whole purpose of giving them loan in a crypto? They'll end up most of the time hedging themselves against exorbitant interest, one that you'll charge on XRP and second due to increase in value of XRP as they will eventually buy XRP to pay you. Also what if the owner of XRP dumps his supply and the price falls drastically? Banks collapse? Or wait for price to come back up?

No matter what it has to be xrp like large supply coin.
It does not need Fiat for xrp kind of Currency.
If People are use it as fiat.

I think you wanted to use a term other than de-leveraging there. Perhaps you meant to say a huge exodus from financial markets? But then we could have evidence that this already happened with many american CEO's dumping large portions of their stock holdings?

If I remember right, the 2008 economic crisis was caused by banks having many leveraged positions, they couldn't cover related to subprime mortgage debt CDOs. There were reports of subprime mortgage being only 15% of the derivatives positions banks couldn't cover. And so the state bailed them out and covered their bad positions, so banks could continue business as usual. Deleveraging could be a positive thing for the survival and stability of markets. It is high amounts of leverage that are dangerous.

There is definitely no shortage of doom and gloom as far as financial markets and the economy go.

One possibly entertaining example of this is the "bitcoin obituaries" webpage which references 416 times bitcoin has been declared "dead".

I believe that if they want to rule the whole world that's living freely even with a bit of fear of governments, these Governments will need to kill those people who decide not to follow the footsteps that they (gov) will show to them (people). Well, it's the middle class in majority that will suffer due to all these issues if it turns into reality any sooner. But if all such things will happen, don't you think that economic crisis will probably lead us towards a more intense situation like WW3 where chances are, people will be brought ahead to figure out and fight for their survival where they'll not even think before killing others if they're getting something from them. But that's another story and I don't expect it to happen till I die.
