problem with address to receive bitcoin with expiration time of 1 day

Hello everybody. I am a newbie to bitcoins. I have recharged my bitcoin wallet with a bitnovo ticket (code + pin). the reception address expired after 24 hours, I think before the transaction was completed. Now I have no news of my money. Can someone help me? bitnovo says that the ticket has already been exchanged but I have not received anything.

You mean your Electrum receipt? You will still receive your coins.

The "expiration" on your wallet is just there in case you want better control over your payment requests. For example, you want to get $50 from Bob. You generate an address with an invoice that says "payment for the pizza" and it shows it will expire in 3 days. Maybe you want him to pay fast, so the 3 days is just to keep things organized (if he's late, you will know). But even if he sends those coins 50 years later, or only sends $1, they will arrive just fine.

Bitcoin addresses don't expire.

are you seeing a balance in the bottom left and a green orb in the bottom right of the electrum window?

tell us which address you tried to receive the coins to? does that address belong to your wallet?

If one of those receiving addresses from this transaction is yours, then you have received them. It was confirmed 3 days ago.

So, Bitnovo says that it sent you your money, but they haven't been seen in the electrum transaction history, correct? Are you properly connected to the electrum network?

I'll put it in another way. Click View and then Show Addresses. If one of those addresses corresponds to one of the outputs of that transaction, then you have received your money, whether it says it or not.

As Abdussamad mentioned, make sure your Electrum client is connected and synched with the network. If the ball in the bottom right is green, you are connected and synched. If it's red, you are not.

If the ball is red, change the server Electrum connects to manually.
Click on the green/red ball in Electrum to open the network settings. Untick the "select server automatically" option near the top and randomly pick one of the available servers from the list by right clicking on it with your mouse and clicking on "use as server". Make sure the ball icon turns to green to know that you have been connected and synched.

To check if your address got funded, use a a bitcoin explorer like https://blockstream.info/nojs/.

Is you Bitcoin address among the recipients addresses? If so, check your wallet again, making sure it sychronized with the blockchain.

Transaction ID you posted has been confirmed for 3 days.
My question is have you been using their Bitnovo app as a wallet or you used some other wallet for receiving your coins?
I see a lot of negative one star reviews on google store for Bitnovo app and I would not suggest anyone to use it, but you can try contacting their support if that is the case.
Better option is to use open source wallets like Electrum and decentralized exchanges so you don't have to pass any kyc verification and connect your address with your identity.

The Bitnovo Wallet is equipped with a Security Seed and is compatible with the BIP39 protocol

Get the mnemonic seed from bitnovo wallet then importing to electrum and don't forget to tick BIP39 seed under the option on the electrum wallet.

The transaction that you posted and description of the issue doesn't seem to match.

Is your Electrum new?
Because I don't see any bech32 address (starts with bc1) in the outputs that's still unspent.
(Electrum versions starting March 30, 2021 will only create native SegWit wallets by default)

If it's created before version 4.1.0 when legacy address can be created:
The address is from Electrum's receive tab, so the address must be "unused" without a history, but every unspent output from that transaction have previous transaction history.

My conclusion is: You must have pasted the wrong address when you redeemed your voucher or you're using a fake Electrum.

Let's go hope. If possible, you can try to recover your bitnovo wallet to electrum.

That will work if he pasted his address from Bitnovo wallet instead of Electrum's,
The service where users redeem their vouchers is separate to the wallet, they can paste any coin/address there.
