Scammed by stake.com?

I have been long player on stake, and when they introduced VIP program I was excited because wagering and playing there had its benefits, like reloads or coupons and things like that.
One thing I loved the most is there was a note under reload "as platinum 3 player you will always be entitled to reload"
And that is one of things what made me keep on wagering and wagering..
I've spent alot of money on wagering (I don't say that I'm overall negative because I'm not, I'm in profit )
But I feel like my rights were taken away from me .
I've tried to talk to them about it but they just said no, site policy changed etc. Etc.
So I went to talk to some friends I have on stake, and asked them did they lose reload and what is their wagering looking like, my conclusion was that some of them have even smaller wager then I do, over this year and still they have their reloads and all rights that VIP rank gives. So I'm quite sad about double standards and fake advertising on this site.. it used to be NR.1 site and now it treats players like shit just because they can.

Its not really a scam but they lure people in with false promises/advertisement and then when they want just take it away.

Casinos change their rules and TOS from time to time but it's unethical if they did not announce it or did not make members aware of it, but it's good that you posted it here so people with similar situations will be fully aware of this, it's recommended to always check the casino's rules and TOS or be active in chat so you are updated on any change of rules especially to VIP.

I have been a Stake user myself and I have decent wagering activity so I haven't really noticed. Thanks for letting us know but the screenshot you posted is from Telegram and its hard to link the user as a Stake official or support. It will be much more helpful if you can maybe add some further screenshots like him showing as admin of a Stake VIP telegram group or something.

If you're not actively playing on the website I don't understand why you would be granted the same level of VIP benefits forever. Otherwise people can just buy everyone's accounts and claim unlimited rewards forever. Bonuses are not entitlements to players and are incentives for active users.

It's obviously unfortunate that we can't just give non-depositing players the same amount of money forever as when they used to deposit but I don't see how this is a scam. Most casinos are not even offering any rewards let alone at the level stake provides.

about non depositing you just lied to your self, you can see I do depo almost every day

At least say We are False Advertising And We Admit it,.
I've played as much as before but when you talk about VIP host leaking data I guess this is what you get next week in return 😂

I didn't do a depo since that happened, neither placed single bet, but my wagers were consistent from 15-50k a month
And rank is plat 3

Maybe if these vip benefits aren't "forever" then you shouldn't advertise them like they are.
Its still proven that back when VIP hosts were at platinum 1 and 2 the reload site stated "as a platinum 1 (2) VIP you are ALWAYS entitled to this feature. Well, they took the feature away when "not of enough wagering" happened.
Eddie, just last Saturday in the stream said, once you have a VIP host you will have reloads forever.  FOREVER.

So adjust your advertisement instead of lying.

Those 20% were never real as 5 days later 20% were only for level 3 and not level 2. I know you think by using the words "up to 20%" you think you are smart but for players that see through this charade is just deceiving and false advertisement to lure people in to do kyc. Why even mentioning level 2 veri and 20% in 1 sentence and then this NEVER happened?

I wonder why you said that? if you have problems post in the stake thread or create a thread here and post proofs or contact support, I believe they will solve your problem if you haven't broken any rules, then you have no reason to accuse the people of the campaign of stake, just focus on solving your problem with stake and don't keep accusing people from the campaign

If someone tells you, we will take from your salary 10% for pension( until you die) , and you do that for years, and when your pension comes you get it for couple years and then they say no!

As much as stake thinks of themselves as 'fair' and 'best casino' , it is a FACT that they clearly stated anyone who reached plat 1 will get reloads for life (depending on their past weeks wager)

I would argue there are alot of people who joined seeing all those fancy promises, but is it really 'fair' and ethical to say their previous 'for life' promises dont matter anymore due to 'policy changes' ?

what value does their current advertisements of bonuses hold then if they can have 'policy changes' whenever they want ?
