Q2- how do i get inside data of coins ? (a group or any channel suggestions who posted a data before it reaches to public ? in-short taking benefit before others do - paid//non - any kind)

I doubt you can get access to insider information that easily. Even if someone has such information, they will certainly not share it with the public.
In order to get the latest updates on a project, simply follow the official channels (twitter, telegram, ...).

I'm not sure if this is the answer you want, I just wanted to share a trusted news source that I've been following all this time

for questions 1 and 2 https://t.me/ico_analytic
while for trading techniques, how to read charts, and the like, I learned a lot randomly from youtube and twitter. There are a lot of good people out there who share tips and tricks on market analysis.

my advice, you should also find and join the crypto community around where you live. by establishing many connections with the right environment it will help you get information.
