How are casino reviews conducted, and what criteria are used? I saw that there were only five casinos, and only one was reviewed. Do you review them yourselves, or are the reviews done by users on your site? Here on the forum, we have over a dozen casinos that can be used for the reviews section, and best of all, there are all kinds of opinions about them...
I come in peace ✌️
Just wondering what a coincidence this is , we see coinsbet announcing themselves as a review platform and suddenly the influx of review platforms just booms too... Hope this works in favour of customers and potential players provided reviews are real and not influenced by incentives.
Good luck to you Xtopten
Interesting. This site is basically like Trustpilot with a different skin. I like the overall design, but you should rename businesses to casinos for the gambling section and add more reputed crypto gambling sites.
Also, get rid of 1xbet and other related sites such as 1xbit etc asap since they have bad reputations and don't deserve to be on these lists if you ask me. All the best.
Perhaps the only thing I can say is for you to just listen to the other suggestions given by my other companions here for the betterment of the casino business you are building.
Also, since you have been in this crypto space field for a long time now, you should already have some idea of what you need to do,
and you know that you will be facing intense competitors. So, good luck to you all.
Ever since I joined this forum, I have been hearing about 1xbet being scam and after doing a little digging on my own, going through the internet, reading several article and Reddit posts I came to conclusion that, this particular platform should be avoided at any cost and indeed a scam. They way they operates is just unethical. Despite many complains and evidences, how are they still running? Any idea? Note that, there have been a couple of time, when surfing through the net, I was redirect to their site from an forced ads link.
There was a time when scam accusations came in this forum against 1xbet and 1xbit almost every other day. 1xbet representatives never managed to give any logical explanation for the scam accusations. They have been hiring negative-tagged accounts for the signature campaign and promoting their platform aggressively. Those forum accounts got more negative tags once they started promoting 1xbet.
The community has been asking people not to play on their platform. 1xbet returned to the forum several times and promised to solve all the previous scam accusations, which never happened, actually. World of Coins was their campaign manager and managed the campaign with their alternative accounts, which they later admitted.
Hey @r_victory — great question!
Currently, reviews on Xtopten are 100% user-generated, but we apply a light moderation filter to remove spam or fake activity.
Each casino is evaluated based on:
User feedback & ratings
Platform transparency (license, payment options, withdrawal speed)
Security and fairness (provably fair systems, responsible gambling tools)
Customer support quality
Community reputation
We’re also working on adding AI-assisted reputation scores that aggregate reviews from multiple sources.
If you have suggestions for review criteria you’d like to see, we’d love to hear them! 🙌
Thanks @Woodie yes, we’ve noticed that too 😄
Actually, our mission with Xtopten is not just to review but to connect users, brands, and industry experts in one transparent ecosystem.
We believe competition is healthy as long as it leads to better user protection and more reliable info for players.
And we’re fully against fake or incentive-driven reviews. Every opinion counts, positive or negative.
Appreciate the honest feedback, @Haunebu 🙏
You’re absolutely right the core idea of Xtopten is similar to Trustpilot in structure, but our goal is to make it industry-focused and crypto-native.
We’re building advanced tools for verified gambling listings, blockchain transparency, and ranking based on community trust, not paid placements.
Thanks again for the valuable insight!
Thank you, @gunhell16 — much appreciated! 🙌
Yes, we know the iGaming and crypto-review space is highly competitive, but that’s exactly why we’re focused on authenticity and user empowerment.
Our roadmap includes verified listings, blockchain-based trust scores, and user reputation points to make reviews more meaningful.
We’ll keep improving step by step.
That’s a fair point, @Shishir99 😅
We agree that transparency also means letting the community expose bad actors through real reviews.
So rather than removing every low-quality brand, our plan is to mark them with a "Low Trust" badge, based on community feedback and moderation results.
This way, users can see the red flags instantly while still having access to open opinions.
