Pins 1 and 2 (NRSTO and BO) of the pcb board are connected to the ground gnd of the board. I removed the chip and I didn't find the solder connection. Have you ever encountered this situation? Other chips are normal, this is the position of chip 64

No. 64 chip 1(NRSTO) pin and 2 pin (BO) were short-circuited to the ground (GND). After I removed the chip, it was still short-circuited, and no obvious abnormal situation was found on PCB board.(How to send images？)

It most likely deleted by moderators because:
a. What Bitcoin mining hardware is it? A s9, S17,an Avalon miner or one from Inno etc.? If it is altcoin hardware this is the wrong area (Bitcoin hardware only). Altcoin stuff has their own areas...
b. It was considered a 'low quality' post because you did not do 'a'. We are not mind readers...
