How DEFI integrates with actual credit data must be the direction of the Blockchain future. The reason there is no similar project is that it is very difficult to achieve this goal, both technically and in terms of resources.

Surprised of related projects starting to emerge.

Decredit has a wealth of real credit data and is transitioning from centralized to decentralized. Decredit adds real credit data to increase the fund utilization of Defi users. It also helps more non-blockchain users to realize the value of Defi to them.

This is a great and long-term project worthy of attention.

What other good blockchain projects have you found that have been overlooked？

I am always looking forward to Decentralized Finance (DeFi) these days and NFT.
I am pretty sure that DeFi projects or NFT projects are still very early days now. I am bullish for DeFi projects these days, more room to grow, I will not mention any project for now, but of course it will start for some other blockchain that got smart contracts, like Ethereum, Solana, Binance Smart Chain, and more.

What other good blockchain projects have you found that have been overlooked？

First and foremost I would say that the TRON blockchain in itself is the most overlooked project of them all. Apart from it, there was MATIC (polygon) which came into light only recently.

Other than these, i am not able to see any others. But i am damn sure that i have probably overlooked the others too

Personally, I think the trend of DeFi and NFTs will remain long and develop strongly in the coming time. In addition, some areas that I am also quite interested in this market are the combination of games, gambling games with blockchain. There are also things like CBDC which will also be something that I am quite interested in the future in this market.

But all these defi things you mentioned is just regular finance, except on blockchain. The decentralized nature of most of them can't even really be proven or are disproven. Instead of banks and governments, you trust corporations and startups or at worse, a pack of devs who are anon and just running pump n dump schemes.

A real defi would totally go against the established financial rules. At least that's how I see it.

Yes, but you also need to know that mastering all of them is a very difficult thing for anyone, because it is still better to focus on just a few and then produce, than having to master all of them which sometimes makes someone overwhelmed by it.

On the contrary, I am not so excited about CBDC, for those who won't know it stands for Central Bank Digital Currency which means the centralized banks will issue a token of their own which would work just like cryptocurrency.

The reason I don't like the concept and not too excited about it is because it gives all the control to the banks and it would literally become a digital wallet and we already have many digital wallets so why do we need a new one? Crypto is so popular because it's decentralized and if you centralize crypto, I don't think there would be much of a purpose being served.

Why would someone use CBDC when they can use USDT which although isn't decentralized, at least is much more anonymous.

TRON is good no doubt but there must be some reason because unlike Erc-20 and Bep-20 there are not many projects that are built on the Trc-20 (TRON) blockchain. The transactions are cheap and fast but still, people preferred moving to the BEP20 when the transaction fees issue was severe with Ethereum but no one still wanted to move on the Tron blockchain.

For long-term value, I think BNB is a pretty decent coin because they burn some BNB and there's a fixed supply of 200M tokens if I am not wrong. Binance is undoubtedly the best exchange in the market as well so I feel it has some good value and then I believe Solana and Polkadot are other good ones on the list.

I don't think it will be bad for this market, and I believe it will also be one of the reasons driving more adoption by governments.
You're probably looking at the bad rather than the positive, but everyone will have different opinions anyway, and time will tell if that's right.

No matter what the decentralized finance may not become the mainstream finance source atleast for a decade from now, due to economic crisis from covid 19 people need finance from nothing for that government and banks can only help them in the name if loan, stimulus and subsidies which is not possible in decentralized finance.
