Dex-trade review needed

Have you ever used Dex-trade.com? Recently, I had used finexbox, although there was a lot of negative reviews around. As expected from the reviews, I had to go through a lot of hassle to receive my fund. I received my withdrawal after more than 36 hours.
Regarding dex-trade.com, I can also see some negative review on the internet but I would like to hear from the community here.
Have you ever used dex-trade.com? Faced any issue regarding withdrawal or any stupid move from the exchange?
Why it’s named dex-trade.com? Is it a DEX? It doesn’t seem so although.

I have never used the platform but judging from the reviews I have read on trust pilot. Avoid it like a plague. I wouldn't even send 1 USD to them.
Speaking of which, why do you particularly use the DEX-trade with so many other trust worthy exchanges available?

It's not a dex, they even ask for KYC.

Talking about the reviews, there are more positive than negative but yeah, reviews can be faked/manipulated easily. I liked their UI and the exchange is very fast to browse. Overall, I have liked the exchange but still confused how much trusted they are. That's why I was looking for experience from people who have used this.

Speaking of which, why do you particularly use the DEX-trade with so many other trust worthy exchanges available?

Because not all the coins are available on every exchange, not specially in top tier exchanges.
