What do you think is the relationship between Bitcoin and blockchain?

For me blockchain was made before bitcoin and it's like a motherboard if we will compare it to a thing such devices and the best explanation for this were laptops or mobile phone, wherein bitcoin is only a features of blockchain like application that run a different way in the system, the same with other cryptocurrencies in the market.. I hope you all don't judge me for this. Lol because these is just my opinion..
