Helloes!
Do anyone know how the Antminer Z11´s heatsink are attached to the chips? Is it paste or is it thermal glue?
i have seen the screws ^^

ty for every answer, the heatsinks are not glued, but they have thermal compound and a rather serious heatspreader Smiley
