I need to return my GPU for warranty because its crashing. However, the cooler shroud is damaged from modification to fit in a small case.
I won't get warranty if I return it like that, according to their RMA guidelines, and an email discussion with Sapphire.

So I need a new shroud from a donor GPU. I know its a long shot, but maybe someone has  a 5600 / 5700 that died out of warranty, or they swapped out the air cooler for a waterblock.

Please let me know if you have one in good condition. I'll pay $50 USD plus shipping to Canada. I just need the plastic shroud, not the fans or metal heatsink.

The specific card is the Sapphire Pulse RX 5700. The XT version has a different shroud. the same shroud, so it would work as well.

Hopefully you contacted them and didn’t use your actual information, sometimes they try to shyster you out of your warranty and reference your original conversation.

I had it happen to me when I worked at a hospital for a Planar brand screen. We kept it running 24/7 as a fetal monitor and died every 4-6 months. One rep asked how long I kept it on and dummy me answered 24 hours, which is outside of it’s specs of 16 hours a day — needless to say my 5 year warranty ended early  Undecided
