Are there trading bots that you can use for coin ido?

I was watching some coin idos but realized I am too slow. The price spikes so fast.
I was wondering if there are any bots which let you buy the coins faster?
Any bot recommendable which could do that?
I mean I could program also a bit. But if there is something available already which gives a foundation, that would be great.
