I just noticed something that got me scratch my head and I know that it won't affect something just like the trust score of a certain profile where the trust score if a certainpprofile is different when viewed by different forum users. E.g, account 1's profile have 1 positive/green trust score when checked by account #2 and 2 positive/green trust score when checked by account #3 which is already explained. This time is I never know if this one has been discussed or noticed by other forum users.

It is about the last shiny coin under the name.
The red one can be checked from a thread that is posted on june 18, 2013 and edited on on october 30, 2017.

This one is posted on August 29, 2021 but take a look. It is from the same account but the last coin us now in white.

What do you guys think this is?. I KNOW this won't cause anything as the shiny coins under a name is what you will know the position of a certain forum users like rank for example.

The profile you are referring to belongs to Cyrus.
If Cyrus posts in boards moderated by him (Marketplace, trading discussion, Română (Romanian) and Other languages/locations), the last coin is displayed in red.
If Cyrus posts in any other board, the last coin is displayed in faded-out green.

I think the effect of that  two color of half coins under his/her name is base on the position of that user.

As I suspected. Yes you are right, the profile belongs to Cyrus. I have tried opening threads where he is the moderator and see if it is red or not. It seems that I am right what I think the reason why it change when posting in a thread where you did not moderated but not sure enough if my suspicions about the shiny coins changes. It seems that an admin that is also a moderator of a board or section would also show faded-out green in the last coin. My thought is that moderator's last shiny coin would always be in red since I always saw theymos' shiny coin always in red and Cyrus is an admin + mod or I call it Admod.

If you wanna know more about badges (shiny coins), check this topic Forum ranks/positions/badges (What do those shiny coins under my name mean?)
Thanks but I already know about it. It's just the same profile where faded-out green or red will be seen depends on boards where a post is posted.

More like an ID of your position. I am aware of it. As you can see in this post, I mentioned about a profile where the shiny coin will show either red or faded-out green as explained by hosseinimr93. As you can see, each rank have coins like mine where I have 4 coins.

It is visual changes from board is assigned to a staff. In that board, they are moderators. You will see their title as Moderator and shiny coins will be for moderator position.

In boards, they are not moderators, you will see their titles as Staff and different shiny coins.

Before I created this thread, I have checked why it is red in some board and not red in other board. I'm just not sure if it was how shiny coins will be displayed. The second reply explains it. Now locking the thread.

I am just uncertain why the shiny coins display two colors when posting in a certain board.

NOW LOCKED.
