Welcome, glad you’re here. Cozy Pepe is the most $COZY place on Solana. This is, and has always been the foundation to the culture of the project.

From our fair launch, we have taken strides and falls. With our ATH MC at the time of writing being around a humble $2.1m, “with no marketing”.

We wanted to share our next chapter of Cozy Pepe, and we hope that you are as excited as we are for what’s coming in the following weeks.

Memes and more memes (and some more memes)

Firstly, we wanted to talk about the current memecoin ecosystem. Solana has taken the cake for volume in the memecoin space, and lots of hype.

Gone are the days where a $100M MC project would take the space by storm. It just seems to be another Monday for everyone involved now.

The influx of volume, launchpads and projects being made has made too much noise and too many incompetent ‘devs’ steering the golden ships.

It’s no joke, “over 8,000 memecoins created” in a day reported last month, March 10, according to data from SolScan and reported by CoinInfoMania.

In the image below, we can see something that’s likely familiar to you. The lifecycle of most of these 8,630 s̶l̶o̶t̶ ̶m̶a̶c̶h̶i̶n̶e̶s̶ memecoins in a nutshell.

What we believe is happening is Solana just doesn’t have much talent in the memecoin space. But we love the damn memes. What are we going to do?

Enter chat, Utility. What a good way to show that a team is able to bring value to the space — actual utility or use-case and not just vapid optics.

As we see this shift, we go back in time to Eth Defi 2020. Utility was a core part of DD, after you aped. And things got really cool in the free market.

Alas, we are really excited to see what is to come over the next few months. And we are getting ahead with our new web3 agency partnership TBA.

Putting that $COZY to work

The meta is evolving. Empty promises are not though. So moving forward into our next phase into utility, here is how all the magic will work.

Tldr; get the money, buy the $COZY, lock the liquidity, earn the txn fees, distribute the txn fees. That’s get, buy, lock, earn, distribute.

Stage 1: NFT Presale, “Get the money”

The first stage will start with our NFT presale. Our initial idea was to make a PFP generator with downloadable JPEG — though what is the fun in that.

We have not confirmed the price of the NFT at this point for presale. And we will be initially be releasing a limited 1000 first edition collection.

Cozy Pepe NFTs holders will have access to future utility such as staking pools, VIP Discord group, access to giveaways, competitions & events.

Stage 2: Liquidity Generation Event, “Buy the $COZY”

All the SOL made from the presale will be used as liquidity for Cozy Pepe. To be able to provide it, we will need to sell 50% of the SOL for $COZY.

Once the presale for the first edition of the Cozy Pepe NFT collection is complete, we will have at least doubled our current liquidity on Raydium.

We will also be implementing a special mechanic to ensure that no-one will be able to front-run the purchase, and we get the best possible yield.

Stage 3: Earn the Transaction Fees

To be clear of the process, if there is 100 SOL earned from the presale. 50 SOL will be used to buy $COZY and the other 50 SOL will stay as is.

To add liquidity to a DEX, you need to combine equal parts $COZY and SOL to have an LP token, which represents your allocation of the liquidity pool.

A DEX like Raydium takes 0.25% of transactions as a fee, where 0.22% of that goes to LP providers, like we will be. This is real profit being earned.

Stage 4: Give the Transaction Fees

The txn fees coming from the LP can start to offer some really good yields. And we plan on distributing it all back into the Cozy Pepe ecosystem.

Shortly after the LGE has been completed, we will be launching our first staking pool where you stake $COZY, and earn $COZY and $SOL.

Our first pool is projected to earn tens of thousands of dollars per week to our stakers. These stakers will need to hold a Cozy Pepe NFT first edition.
