Which types of email you are searching I mean personal email like john@example.com or business email like info@example.com If it is business email like info@exaample.com then the rate is okay but if it is personal email then the rate is too low. If business email then I can work for you but you have to pay first or you have to use escrow.

Maybe answer first the accusation or prove that you are paying, otherwise don't waste people's time here as we have a lot of more important things to do. There's no room for scammers here, $30 a day is only attractive on paper if an employer would just get your effort for free.

Even if @OP is honest and pays you the risk to trust unknown people to create these emails.
Most service providers prevent spam, and therefore creating 300 emails per day is considered incorrect behavior.
I cannot consider that those emails and messages that are being used will be used for something legal and therefore the police may track your IP address.
