What is Genetic Defense coin?
Genetic Defense coin (GDc) is a coin designed to address genetic attacks on individuals and groups by providing an early warning of viruses engineered with specific sequences.
How does the wallet work?
Any person can create a wallet using a part of their genetic sequence, or any other sequence. Using one's own sequence shows actual ownership. Using somebody else's sequence may result in that person taking your coins once the complete wallet interface is developed.
Algorithm?
The 'work' done to mine coins involves scanning the 'base blockchain' which has many 'generic DNA sequences, used to distinguish ethnic groups, against a constantly updated database of viral sequences, looking for sections of the viruses which may have been inserted as targeters.
Any block can be solved by finding the 'best' small overlapping sequence among those found by miners within the 10 second timeframe, so a person can work on the chain for several blocks to build a sequence then submit it in competition with those who work every block, and they will likely win that block.
Each block has a 'significance level' which is the likelihood that the overlapping sequences involve a bioweapon. Almost all blocks will have very low significance levels, but a sudden spike to very high significance would indicate a specific group may have been targeted by the virus.
