Does the freebitco.in don't have a support where you can submit any issue regarding like what happened to you?
As far I know, they have a support that will accommodate to issues of their client who played on freebitco.in.
By the way, there are a lot of way for us to earn bitcoin here in cryptocurrency aside from that faucets.

Most of the forum members already provide you some support links, Did you tried to take help from those links? I tried to visit https://freebitco.in but there is no help/support option available. Maybe after login, it will be available there. But you cant able to log in, So it would be nice if you try to contact with those links.

At bottom of the main page shows few social media account which could be used to get help or support. But it's weird there's no dedicated page about the website or how to contact them.

There is dedicated place when you login to account. You can find contact form on FAQ page. But obviously, if you can't access, it's not solution. So, they have email support@freebitco.in. Finally, you can contact TheQuin on Bitcointalk, so, there is multiple ways to contact them.

Good advice except for social media. We use a PR company to manage those and they can't do any support work. The contact us form, support@freebitco.in, our thread and my PM are the support channels.

So contacting via their social media accounts won't help as their customer support. Only the email (above posted) and sending a PM (bitcointalk) to TheQuin probably the only way.

Weird choice to only let user who login can see the contact information. If i were freebitco.in user who barely know about bitcointalk & can't login, i would use social media since that's all i could found.

I think you're right, contact form just logged in users probably isn't best decision. As I said, they have support email, but it's not listed anywhere on website or social media accounts, so, most users probably have no idea that it exists. I believe that many try to contact them via social media. But it's managed by PR agency, so they won't get help there.
