I think that will never be happen. as we can see on the last four month ago , in august Alex Azar ( United States minister of health ), in september Keith Krach ( United States Deputy Secretary of State ), they come to taiwan. And the last news about Andrew Wheeler ( Head of the United States Environmental Protection Agency ) because invitation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Joseph Wu, really make PRC mad. from that, we can see, where biden will be will take sides.
