knowledge and Capital which is Very important in Business or Investment?

Knowledge and experience are primarily.
You can lose everything, go bankrupt because of your mistakes, but if you could earn money once, you can do it even if you do not give up.
If you have money, but there is no knowledge, you can easily make mistakes and pump bad decisions, which will only lead to the loss of funds and accumulation of knowledge.

I have heard a lot of people talk about success and almost all of us are chasing after it, with the intention of making it right.
Most of us also want to venture into them without getting the rudiment and fundamentals of the business and investments before engaging in them. So a factor or several factors are been considered before and for a more renounced performance called (Success), so what is most important to an individual, company, or organization to consider before investing to attain the desired height of success?

Is it KNOWLEDGE or CAPITAL, or even BOTH?

Basically you are right, knowledge is always very important in all fields and life. If we don't have enough knowledge and skills, we will never succeed. And the most important thing is both of them. all of us must have. To evaluate an individual or a company, we must consider their specialized knowledge, the way they offer and measures to improve a certain part must also be from knowledge.

You cannot do without any of these two things when it comes to business. There are some people who have knowledge, but due to them not having the capital to start up a business or invest in their knowledge, they will set out to borrow or take loan from banks or rich individuals in their society so that they will be able to start up whatever business idea they have in mind.

Sometimes this will end up with those rich individuals requiring that they have a share in that company And become one of the owners. Then there are people who have capital but they are lacking ideas or knowledge of what to do with their capital. So, it is very important to have both the knowledge and also have the capital, both of them matters a lot.

If you have the highest knowledge then you will get experience in that matter. You can go where you can make profit. You can give all directions. But if there is no capital? Then how will you benefit? I will say you need capital first If you don't have knowledge, you can learn from someone.
But no one will want to help you with capital. So capital is needed first

As far as I know, science and capital in business are the same, the only difference is the type.  A good business is one that has both elements.  However, even though we only have one of them and we have a strong determination to move forward.  I'm sure it's still good though not perfect.

there is somebody that says "put bill gates in the interior of Africa without capital, he will surely be able to become rich again"
