They can start to buy the coins they want, but we can suggest not buying them all at one time because that will be too risky. It is better to buy step by step from small amounts to get various low prices that can give a low average price. Currently there are more than 10k altcoins on the market, with so many choices, we must be selective so as not to invest in potentially scam coins, I have been scammed many times by coin scams from ICOs to buying on exchanges, I think the best altcoin investment is to choose registered new coins and monitor the community on social media like Twitter or Telegram.

We can't say that its a good time for all alts coins because everyone know that for the beginning
 of altseason the bitcoin must hit his all time high and then after that it mostly stable its price after

In my view, things are moving in the right direction for cryptocurrencies. It is successful and huge growth has been observed in most of the altcoins. Our current position is definitely corrected. I haven't bought because I'm not sure they've found the bottom yet. I'm sure most have to wait in line and sit down to get in.

Your coin list has very high potential friends, many people hope that the coin will reach even higher at the end of the year. especially for me is the TRX which has not started peaking until now. Every year, there are new altcoins into the market so it wasn't hard to look for a fresh new alt. You should know, sometimes new alt will not perform well as coin already well established its self in the market. So if you got scam as you said, maybe just because they were underperformed?

XRP is having a very good bullish turn, of all the altcoins, this can be a very good option even in the long term, the BTC market has been going up, and XRP although it has struggled with the demand of the SEC the price is has strengthened, in the short term this is shown:
