To be honest there is nothing special. it doesn't attract so much attention that I would have to visit the offer.
I suggest you follow some gambling platforms. They are continuously had promotions, although some of them have great and very creative SM moderators.

Maybe you can add some glass effect, just to be more obviously for non-creative people like me.
