Buying Bitcoin w/procedure - SEPA/Bank Transfer

Hello! We are looking to buy Bitcoins approximately (100-1000BTC).

Payment will be via Bank Deposit/Bank Transfer/SEPA/Swift/Cash.

Proof of Funds can be also sent.

We will pay first once you gave these following procedures.

1. Proof of Coins and Wallet Address check thru blockchain

2. Videocall procedure - You will create a new wallet and you will show that you can transfer your bitcoin to the new wallet you created. Once proven that you able to transfer it, we will pay asap. All process will do in videocall with us.

Some questions out of curiosity.
1- Who are "we"?
2- What do you mean exactly by "Proof of Funds"? Your bank statement with all the info attached?
3- Why create a new wallet and why an Atomic one? Is there any chance someone here to be unable to send BTC and do you need proof?
4- Contact you on a burner phone with a Philippines number?

2+3. And these documents can't be manipulated/ edited? Are written in a stone or what? Because BTC can't be edited or know their "legitimacy". Either you have them or you don't, no need to create any (new) wallet anywhere.
4. A personal number of who? Yours? And you think it wise to post your personal number in a public forum?

Since the second step ^{[video call]} is to see if the seller can spend the coins they've shown on the first step, all you really need is a "signed message" from the address that has those coins and after that, you just have to "verify" the message.
