Who can enlighten or provide a link to training materials a even better (if any) for a price simulation program on a decentralized exchange pancakeswap and uniswap

Pricing on the stock exchange with the Depth of Market is familiar.
But the decentralized exchange is not. Thank you in advance!

Those decentralized exchanges you mentioned are overrides of how the way traditional markets work system, I guess the term you are looking for is "Automated Market Makers", you can use that keyword to find any resources about that. Or try to see the article below from Uniswap docs and Coindesk.
