Sounds like a network-related issue, pretty hard to know what exactly is going wrong but it seems like your miner isn't connecting to your LAN for some reason, the first thing you would need to do is a hard-reset, I have never owned an ebang miner but I suppose the reset process should be similar to Bitmain's gears, you just got to find the reset "whole", use something to press the reset button for a few seconds until the LEDs flash, then let it go.
You also want to make sure that your router has a DHCP server enabled.
