first what project is in question here? not everyone will necessarily be interested if they are expected to promote fraud business (for example)

The information you provide is scanty and we cant verify what work you are referring to. It's not good to let people guess what you really want, so update the information as soon as possible.

If you want to recruit people for your campaign then you need to have a campaign thread, but if you want to attract people this way then you probably won't get it.
