Not only with ahead of winning but also you should know when to quit when you are losing since continuous playing on your bad day will really make you became a huge loser since you cannot think accurately on what things you need to do. They should have been thanking people for using strategies because like you said, any bet is a strategy. Betting on only red is a strategy too. Will they confiscate your profits for that? They are basically telling you there that if you win too much, they won't let you withdraw your money. That's the TLDR.
