Many NFT projects started last year, promising to show some progress during this year of 2022 on their roadmap, but so far I haven't seen any results. I don't know if the bear market slowed down NFT projects' developers , but that is what it looks like. Maybe from the second quarter on updates regard NFT games will be introduced and shared with the crypto community.
There are many promises on this NFT industry, but too little was delivered to investors and enthusiasts for real. So we have to be careful to not believe in anything we see around, only investing in something you see working on practice. Beware of ponzi NFTs.

I am just loving the way NFT are working. Just now had post about how street artists are getting their arts on the blockchain by using NFT. The so called murals are getting photo copied from the buildings and walls around the states and being uploaded over blockchain as NFT asset.

This is huge leap in the market of street artistry. Who would have ever imagined that these arts which we used to see on the street while Walking and talking are now real digital assets being priced and preserved.

So yup NFT is doing great job.

I agree with you because there are a lot of NEFTs that fake developers make these for and some don't understand how tokens come to the world in a stingy way.  Many buyers and sellers have been caught. I have also caught a few NFTs.

We can see for ourselves the development of NFT at the end of last year which rose so fast and attracted the attention of many crypto members, NFT is still new in crypto but has proven to be very outstanding performance so that there are some people who have benefited greatly from the results of NFT so the future NFT is no doubt in the future or this year is the year that NFT has been waiting for, the best trend has also been obtained so it is very easy for further development.

Well, it appears that they have a good start and promising look but this is not enough to give assurance to the investors that they are still profitable in the future. We couldn't assume that eveyrthing will be fine a year from now, even by just tomorrow nor to say that people will still invest NFT once they say another potential investment as for sure that they will look after them and then sell their NFT's. This is certainly be going to happen as it was already happen to the past years.

One of the things that I can conclude based on the NFTs is that they are requiring many devs to launch games that meet the KYC requirements and that we can all see some data, also that the wallets are blocked for at least more than 1 year , so that investors are able to recover their investment if they want to get out of the game, and those who stay can make the economy grow, there are many things that are being worked on, many will go to the Polygon network and Solana, I think the BSC network is not so popular now due to congestion and fees that have increased.

Tons of more scams and terrible "art" that is hype inflated.  And then at a certain point most people will lose their "money" as the bottom falls out.  The art that is out there in nft land is awful.  Few and far between with people who actually spend time.  It's a cash grab fad, that's it.

I don't know but I really have not felt good with these NFTs since before and have had no interest in investing in them until today. But fortunately, I wasn't wrong and I made my decision right as many complaints to hear about suffering losses after buying NFT.

As with other crypto trends, NFT provides fresh air for the development of the crypto industry and the future of NFT will be bright this year.
But still there are people who want to profit from NFT in a bad way, by committing fraud. Indeed, after all, scammers are always everywhere,
we must learn to be vigilant in every decision we make. Don't be interested in the NFT project because it promises big rewards, because like you said
a lot of scammers nowadays are creating fake NFT projects for personal gain. Make sure we do a thorough investigation before deciding to
invest in an NFT project.

I don't know but I really have not felt good with these NFTs since before and have had no interest in investing in them until today. But fortunately, I wasn't wrong and I made my decision right as many complaints to hear about suffering losses after buying NFT.

If you don't have that interest, better not to enter or participate, same with any other projects you need

to spend time in doing your research and knowing the potentials, investing blindly most of the time to cause you to lose your money,
though there are investors who managed to earn by investing in this industry, those who take the risk and invest the sooner that they've
heard about the project, taking the risk after seeing the potentials would guide you to earn decently.

I think that good quality projects will benefit from a huge run-up.

However, the more mediocre projects that are just predicated on images of animals will slowly fade away.

Metaverse projects have huge potential in this field, e.g. Sandbox, Decentraland, etc.

Am well aware of the strength of mateverse web 3.0 project and most analysts predict that 2022 is going to be all about metaverse which I believe will happen, but again, I have strong faith that the NFT era is not over yet and the projects are still going to occupy a large day in the coming year 2022 even if metaverse become the craze of the year.

judging by the circumstances what you say is true, even if it is not left behind NFT will always be there and even then only for gaming, but if it has entered crypto? I think the block network will always advance and innovate on the coins offered
