Impermanent Loss

I have some savings, I researched what is impermanent loss, I could not fully understand. My question is as follows. I found the Pangolin exchange, I think a good team has entered some exchanges. There is USDC USDT farm part. If I enter the farm through these stable coins, will I become an IL? Pool weight says 20X etc. I don't understand anything. APR says 13%, I think the interest on the dollar is good. As I said, will I be IL with stable coins?
